Tasked with revamping a 5 bedroom split level high ranch located in Framingham, MA. Students were asked to create an open concept living space for two clients. This house was designed for Arlo(F29) and Becca(F31). The house was previously Alro’s Great Grandparents, so there was an initiative in place to keep the 70s charm and quaint exterior. The couple doesn’t plan to have kids, but wanted a space designated for younger cousins and dogs. Becca is an accomplished chef, and was adamant about ample kitchen and pantry space. The existing space is a 5 bedroom split-level high ranch located in Framingham, MA. Property offers a generous backyard and homey suburban neighborhood in Central Mass. The home is partially underground, with a 3 up 2 down bedroom configuration. Built early 1970s for our client Arlo’s Great Grandparents.
